I ordered online and the pickup was way faster than I expected. No hassle at all. i only blame myself for not doing it this way sooner.

I tried fivestarpizza.com last weekend, it was just okay. The cheese was probably the best part, and the crust had a decent bite to it, but the sauce was bland and kind of dragged the whole thing down for me.

I ordered from Five Star Pizza recently, and the staff stood out to me. Compared to a lot of places where you feel like they’re trying to rush you through, they actually took a minute to answer my questions and were easygoing about it.

Pickup was just as smooth too. The person at the counter was nice, and while it’s a small thing, it made the whole order feel better than the usual grab-and-go pizza run.

The pizza showed up later than the time they gave me, not by a crazy amount or anything, but still enough that I was kind of watching the door and wondering where it was. At least the food was still warm when it got here, so that helped. Overall it was okay, just wish the delivery had been a bit quicker

The pizza was decent, so at least dinner wasn’t a total tragedy. But the customer service? Yeah, that could use a little work. I called because my order was running late, and the person on the phone sounded like I had interrupted something extremely important, like watching paint dry. They weren’t exactly rude, just rushed and not super helpful. To be fair, they did get me an update after a few minutes, which I appreciated. I just didn’t love having to drag basic information out of them one question at a time. Overall, not awful, but definitely not impressive either

The floors looked mostly okay, but the tables were sticky, which was a little disappointing. I also expected clearer instructions or signage while I was there, since it wasn’t immediately obvious what to do next

I was pleasantly surprised by how loaded the food was with toppings. They really don’t skimp at all, and it’s been that way every time I’ve ordered

Ordered pizza last night it tasted super fresh. Even the veggies still had that nice crunch, and the crust was warm without being soggy at all. My only regret is not getting a bigger size because it disappeared way too fast.
